Topicr.com may, without notice, change advertising agents/sources on any pages at anytime for any reasons. Topicr.com may, without notice, terminate and change the rules, regulations or algorithms of advertising at anytime for any reasons.

    Topicr may, without notice, terminate, suspend, disconnect, deny or restrict your access to the Site and Services.
    Topicr may, without notice, discard or delete any data within the Site, including any user account or any content uploaded, submitted or posted by user.

    NO WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    TOPICR PROVIDES THE SITE AND SERVICES "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.
